What is the difference between the CSD and AD membership?
Each membership is tailored to your level, which includes peer group, insights, events. The AD membership also includes training which has been created by industry experts, utilising insights from the CSD community as well.
What are the requirements to join the CSD community?
You must be a Client Services Director or equivalent in your agency. The person who is responsible for the growth and development of your CS team.
How does the Slack community work?
You will enter the Slack group and will automatically be assigned into the appropriate channels. It is for you to navigate, interact and participate in as and when needed.
How much time commitment is required?
That's entirely up to you. The more you put in, the more you will get out of it.
Is this suitable for Account Directors at any level?
The community and training will benefit those that have a responsibility for the retention and growth of their clients. If your title doesn't fit Account Director, that's ok, as long as your responsibilities align.
